I have been struggling with mtnl for a month.nothing solved and no one cares about problem.It has very high disconnection for a long time(about 1 hours or so in every 6 hours) as well as some short frequent disconnection as well.
I have visited Darya Ganj, delhi mtnl exchange numerous times and they always says engineer will come today.but no one visited.I have contacted the mtnl engineer named’Kishan Nath’ regarding this and he cuts call every time.(took his number when he visited first time for installation.) Also line man named’Inder Pal’ is not cooperative in my area.I talked to him and he said "Abhi ate hai" or "chai khatam hone do" or "abhi me kisi or ki line dekh raha hu". and this way he cuts me.
I complained for my faulty internet connecton for about 25 times in a month. It seems I am wasting 999/month.
I am a resident of Nai Sarak, near chandni chowk, Delhi.
It may be good for some other region but worst than worst in my area.the exchange people probably are lazy in my area.many friends in my area suffered from this mtnl and these people.
next month se hata dunga iss shitty mtnl ko. so BEWARE if u are from my side.
iss company ka kuch nahi ho sakta.isse acha door hi raho.
