Sorry for choosing wrong product for this article...i didn’t find the suitable heading for this article...i requested though to MS for posting this under new ’’SMS’’ heading but unfortunately didnt get any positive response....anyway...

Many of the Cellular Operators in India are offering Email2mobile service. Unfortunately very few of us know it.....This article should especially b very useful for those who stay abroad and want to contact their pals on their cell in india for free from their email eg. yahoo, hotmail etc

tips on how to use-

check out the name of mobile service provider of your pal in india.
go to COMPOSE section in ur mailbox and try to keep ur message less than 150 characters(including spaces) for reliable delivery of message.
well for sms on cells in other countries apart from India, I’d suggest rather suggest this site https://1rstwap.com/partners/go.to/1rstwap u just need to sign up for first time that all !! but I don’t think it will b free for long...but then options keep popping up on internet..(ICQ sms’ too have stopped working since quite sometime now !! )
I didn’t find any way to sms on bsnl, reliance, tata, mtnl....hope these guys too come up with email2sms service.
if somebody has any suggestion/correction or something to add. please do so in the comments section. I will try to update it on the article as soon as possible.
