I am using MTS Data card since one year at that time they provide good internet speed after using few months internet speed suddenly goes down, Now this speed is very slow and very bad at least they did not provide 1mbps of speed also noa a days for loading the page i’s take lot of time.But we should pay large amount of money for getting 1GB also .When I was faced problem with this I called customer care support, they say that you will not have speed of less than 1mbps but I haven’t got speed of more than 1mbps even though they maintain that much of slow speed below 1mbps only and they did not resolve my problem, after that when I will faced the problem cal to them they did not pick my cal also that is their customer service support it is too bad for me.MTS data card is not a up to date internet service provider to use.It’s connection is not at all reliable.So in view I can say that service support is not good.
