Buying a MTS connection would be one of the most worst decision you can take in your life time.You may feel happy initially but later on you can experience the super customer care of MTS. Please beware before buying and cursing them later. After all you cannot make a dumb person to understand problems.
Let me come to my wonderful experience.They have mentioned in their website 11rs recharge. Its clearly mentioned that recharge is valid for local and National MTS @10ps. So I recharged. Enclosed is the screenshot of the website. Later when I lodged the complaint with them, the case turned to be more funny. In spite of writing my name in all the mails, they always called me in a different name. Just to show their discrepancies, I marked the mails to marketing team, CEO etc. No one bothered to reply.
I have to send them a series of mails, explaining the whole story again and again. The story from their end remained same. All of them argued that, this recharge is valid only for National MTS to MTS. I have lodged the complaint almost two weeks back. Even today they argue the same and in website it is local and national calls.
I was fed up with them and decided to stop communicating them. If the person is not understanding, no point in trying to break our head. It will be sheer waste of your time and money.
Dear readers, it is our moral responsibility to communicate the same to all your family members, relatives and friends. Just by writing a review in social media nothing is going to change. The common man should get united to show our strength. This can happen only with word of mouth and stopping the usage of all MTS services.
Let us be united to teach them a lesson and show our power.
