One of the fraud mobile network company is MTS . I have used MTS network for 4 months . Just 2 days ago ported my MTS SIM into AIRTEL . First of all they have no GSM service . To use MTS network, I need to purchased a full mobile set .
Their network is very bad . At village they have too poor network or no network . In kolkata sometimes I face network problem .
Their call charges is too high . They have no good call rate cutter, internet pack, sms pack, missed call alert pack or night pack .
Below 100/- they have no full talktime recharge pack .
Their customer service team is bad . They are just like Robot . When I face any problem ask to solve my problem they provide me wrong information& when I want to know in details they tell me a short sentence again& again just like Robot .
Before 10 days I tried to send sms 3 times, but all time it show failed . But, their customer care team told 3 sms sent successfully .
In some toll free no when I call it show please check your dialed number . But, I dialed correct number .
Without any reason they deduct my balance& they do not refund my balance . One time I switched off my mobile for 2 days . After switch on my mobile I saw 30/- had been deducted . Customer care team said, I activated VAS . But, when my mobile was switched off, how can I active VAS?
I suggest one thing to all, don’t use MTS internet . They show better speed, but they provide very low speed .
As per my bad experience, I can not recommend MTS mobile network .
