MTS the brand name and their plans invited me to Join.
At first 40GB Data for Rs.999/- Only.
I enquired and buy one piece. Their sales person contact me in one day and sold one piece to me.
At starting, the speeds are good and constant. In my area I’m getting more than 3mbps speed but they promised 9.8mbps. But it still good in terms of price and speed.
They keep on asking me to pickup higher plans for me since I’m exceeding the 40GB threshold. But i’m not even cross the 32GB in every months, they call me frequently every 3 days. Even Though I didn’t want this offer and said "don’t call me hereafter" but they didn’t listen they keep calling me. then I black listed their number.
Then the Plan revision occurs!
40GB is converted into 20GB Day and 20GB Night!
I’m not going to use 20GB in Night. Still 20GB for Rs.999/- is decent.
Then the plan revision occurs second time within one month. This time,
40GB is reduced to 30GB, 30GB is converted to 15GB Day and 15GB Night.
Its not Fair Deal meanwhile their speeds are also slowed down in my area. When I ask them about their speeds slowed down, they keep saying it I’ll be solved in 2 days but never got speeds back.
Their Customer Service is too Worst. They didnt attend the call for even 15mins.
Totally a Worst Company for NOW. Airtel is working fine in my area.
