The worst one out of all of them!!!
When ever I come to India...I always dread this airport!!!
Firstly the staff at the aiport are not helpfull...
Secondly the Airport
is not kept to its standards, and not very clean
Lastly the airport needs re-development
Heres a little incident which happend with me:
I landed in mumbai early morning and was at the airpot, waiting for my lugage to arrive on the convey belt..once I had found a suitable trolly (WHICH WAS NOT DAMAGED, OR ONE THAT COULD ACTUALY MOVE) I was waiting for a long time for my luggage, when my suitcase came around to me I went to pick it up...BUT to my suprise the suitcase was actualy stuck on the covey belt, on the edge...I tried lifting it up but it just would not let me....I asked for help to one of the airport staff! WHO JUST STOOD THERE LOOKING AT ME ....AFTER about 5 minutes they stoped the convey belt and I had to force pull my suitcase out of the convey belt...MY BRAND NEW SUITCASE WAS IN A MESS the whole of, one the side of the suitcase had been chewed up... I was also shoked because the suitcase was a built one which it htough would not of ripped in any circumstance?
I THEN REPORTED THIS INCIDENT TO ONE OF THE MANAGERS WHO TOLD ME ’’WE CAN DO NOTHING’’ I argued and threatned him that I will take this further...unless I did not get a brand new suitcase delivered to my hotel, which was the same size(as my suitcase had allot of luggae and was quite built and big) the next day a new suitcase arrived
IN CONCLUSION WHAT I LEARNT WAS NEVER TO BUY A BRAND NEW SUITCASE When traveling to this airport...AND dont bother asking for help because the staff will just stop and look at you...and do nothing..!!!
The air-conditioning in the airport is bad...ussualy all I see is a fan!! and thats it no AC or nothing...!!
The customs at the aiport is also very bad!! and un-organised!!!!!!!
