Im a working class guy. I I work till 5 in the evenin. I was constantly on the lookout for a gym I cud go to to just burn some fat and to stay in shape.
Enter Muscle and fitness.
Firstly for a guy like me, this was the perfect affordable gym I came across. There was another one which charged more than 1000 bucks a month.an wats more we had to pay it in bulk i.e for 4 months.Wat a ripoff!.C’mon.i want to work out.not get a luxury massage or somethin!
so I started gymming at Muscle and fitnes since March 09, and believe you me, this place has it all!
The atmosphere inside itself comes across as a friendly sorta place, not the one u jus go to sweat ur pants.
The instructors are wel trained and safety conscious ppl who really give it everythin to see their members get the best physical workout available.
The facilities too are extremely good- all the equipments are foreign- assuring good safety standards and quality. They are periodically well maintained so we dont haveta worry bout a couple of blocks of weight crashing into us.
Every routine is carefully thought out b4 being implemented.
This is one place where u can sweat it outr while haveing fun.
Lemme remind you that is jus not fer the working class. Anybopdy and everybody can come here and get their full moneys worth.
