As all of you know that muscle blaze is a very hood brand but if we are taking about muscle blaze cretine so the quality is not so high . I was expected much mome for this product and im not fully satisfied with product . I use this product for three month and I see differency in my body muscle growth. But the flaver of this cretine powder is not so good . the packing is very well. But if you open it and not seel the product tightly so it caught moisture vere quickly . and this is very bad thing that I see in this product
