I ordered this product through online shopping for my parents. my mom is suffering from ligament issues so ordered for this product.
I can’t say this is execllent but I can say its good for muscles so far among the products available in market.
Its cost is not too high its on budget only. One capsule per day can give you good results in one month. Don’t expect the results in fast that would fisappont you.
But I am not disappointed to choose ghis product for my parents as its smell is not fishy and very helpful. They feel better now.
