Hello dears friends ease don’t buy this mass gainer this is not a harmful body gainer and it has various side effect I brought it for 2500 rupees from Health kart it reduces the breathing power while we sleep and through we do gym it does not respond though please do not buy any one of body gainer people who are vegetarian don’t buy at all because it has animal meat mixtures in this product and do not reccomend any of your friends to buy there are also various disease that also can happen by using this body gainer it is very harmful it can also stop breathing while you exercise I have experienced it one time and I will also advice you not to but this product
