This protein isnt worth it. Its quite costly. You could easily get a valuable product by just adding a few bucks. This formula isnt worth. If you study about it you will find its better to take casein and whey at different times use whey just after your workouts when your muscles absorb protein like sponge. Casein is a slow digestive protein which is best at night times when your body goes into starvation for around 7 8 hiurs of sleep thats when casein must be put for job. So use these 2 separately and you nail it.
