I have been using MuscleBlaze whey Protein for more than 9 months now and this product was recommended by My Gym Trainer and I found this product not at all helpful. Its just a hoax that Muscles build by taking these proteins which are mostly not recommended by doctors. My experience is not good and no change has been seen in my body after consuming 4 boxes of protein, It is just wastage of money. I would not recommend anyone, there are plenty others in the market, try them once. This was useless for me.
