A few days before, I was trying to pay the interest to Muthoot Finance. The services were down at their end. Now when I paid the interest, they charged me more interest. They said, " You slipped the date of interest and we can’t help you." If the payment services at their end is having trouble, why should a customer pay the late payment interest. This is really unethical and I need a solution for this. Muthoot Finance is doing an unprofessional business with us.
