I had very bad experience with muthoot finance. I take gold loan from muthoot and paid the interest on time.after this I got a message from muthoot regarding the interest dues. even at that time when I was out of station.
After ask them they told me u can pay interest in any of our branch. But when I reahced there another branch they told me can’t accept your interest please go to your main branch they told me rules are changed now you are using other policy so we I can’t accept.
After asking the coustmer care they also told me rules are change now. how can they change rules without informing us after this I just called my realite and tell him pay my interest in muthoot branch because I was out of station.
Guys don’t trust on muthoot they changed rules anytime without any information. so I am not suggesting anyone to go for muthoot.
