I used the products of this company. This company giving services such as gold loan, fixed deposit, debentures, money transfers and insurance. There were other products also. They are charging high interest rate for gold loan and they are using compound interest compared to other banks. They are not informing the customers when the interest rate exceeds. Now, when we consider the interest rate of fixed deposit, it is somewhat good but they converted fixed deposits into debentures and now they is no conformity about the interest rate as they deposit the amount into the share market. Then when we take the money transfers., they are not providing good customer service. These are some of the irregularities which I found in this NBFC
