This app is just a fake app it just shows the offer but there is no offer shown after I am open this app so I think on of the time baste app.
This airtel app has cheated me twice, what I mean by cheated is that app offer shows something else and when actually you recharge you get credited with some other amount. And when I call customer service department they say they don’t see this offer on my number. Sigh! Then why the hell this offer is showing in myairtel app.
This is really mis leading the customers. I have emailed them severely times and no resolution provided. So guys don’t trust what u see in the app as an offer. The best is to switch to other service provider. I am also doing the same. Airtel sucks big time! ?
