My all respected friends first of all I tell you that bpo also known as call centre. I had joined call center in mumbai. for doing this job you have to need complete your graduation. friends this is not good job for doing. there is no more money according to working hours. if you have nothing to do then you can do it. they have always requirements but if you have any academic degree or have any special course then this is not right place for you. one you joined you haven't time to do anything else. so this should be your last option.
