As a mouth shut user im sharing my veiws on tour operator that is my holiday makers India of kolkata. My friend refered this tour operator and told me about bad services of them. He booked his traveling plan through these tour operator.He found very inconvenient traveling and spoil his trip through this tour operator. In flight booking charges was very high yet the services are not good. Ac of flight was not working. And when he reached hotel and find the room was very dirty and with smell. He contact his manager and told them to change his room but the other rooms are not available at that time. And he adjusted at that dirty room.Food quality of hotel was also not good.and look like the streek food. Tour guide expertise was not good.and this tour operator was not helpful.I will not recommend this tour operator to the people
