I used idea sim from 2 years and now I just faced problems I used Idea application to see how much calls, SMS and data used I am. As in application it was shown data my data is left and I was using my data regularly. Then I recived a massege from Idea that I used excess data from my plan.
Then I called to Idea customer care and say this problem. They and then just say our system is busy.
