The cyber world is a vast world of websites. It’s too difficult to select your favorite 10 websites from billions of amazing portals. I know my review & categorization will provoke lots of criticisms & that is why I will try to narrow my review with websites that are useful in our day-to-day life. I hope my review proves useful for the readers but mind you, while most of the websites listed in this review are free, you may have to pay for the goodies on some of the others. So, Happy Surfing…

The best thing about Hotbot.com is that it’s very fast & is damn precise with its result. Then there are number of search categories with cascading menus to help you in your search.
@) https://Cnn.com (News): This is the CNN channel’s website & it keeps up the standards that the producers at CNN maintains on Television. It features breaking news, in-dept analysis, polls & provides world news. Plus you also get to read about your favorite sport, national & international news, movies, business, stock & many such issues as well.
#) https://Rediff.com (General): This is one of the best Indian website & my personal favorite. The best thing about this website is its free e-mail service. Its email service is one of the fastest & Rediff.com provides 6MB of space to put up our personal details & emails in our Inbox. Then we can do online shopping of books, V-CD’s, T-Shirts, Music albums, & gift items. It is one of the few Indian shopping sites that actually work. Also, don’t forget to check the headlines at Rediff’s homepage.
$) https://Espnstar.com (Sports): This is a website built while keeping the Indian audience in mind. It gives complete information about Cricket: players search, Country search, graphical analyses, records, data, scorecards by series & online commentary. The online game provided by Espnstar.com called the “Super Selector” is the best thing that has happened to the cricket lovers like me. I know lovers of cricket & other sports are bound to return to this site again & again.
%) https://180degreez.com (Utilities): There’s no need to sigh. 180degreez.com is a website with exhaustive collection of wallpapers, animated icons, desktop themes, shells & has links to some equally amazing websites. This site has vast variety of WallPaper collection like 3-D wallpapers, Movie wallpapers, games, sci-fi, cartoon wallpapers then 3-D background & many more. Then we can download software’s like Panorama 32 (we can change our wallpaper at user-configurable intervals, from every second up to every 24 hours) & WinLogo Changer (It is useful to change your startup, wait, and shutdown screens). Then there is links to amazing websites like 3D-passion.com, 3ddigitalwallpaper.com, hebus.com, animatelt.co.uk & many more.

It gives you 6MB of space to send & receive mail from friends, foes & relatives in the global village i.e. CyberSpace. It allows us to manage addresses, birthdays, telephone numbers & other information required for our daily use. Yahoo also provides one of the best chatting services for the users to use. Its messenger service is co-hosted by several magazines like Fortunes, Money, Time, & cable channels such as TNT & websites like ZDNet.com & freedownloads.com. This site has more than 35 million subscribers & over 10 million users every day to chat. Perhaps that’s the reason why it’s so popular among the masses.
&) https://Funtoosh.com (Jokes & Riddles): Life’s a giggle. Check this site out. Choose your favorite jokes ranging from Ajit /Mona jokes to Osama Bin laden jokes (latest attraction). Funtoosh.com also has a different section for riddles called “Brain drain” & an interesting online Crorepati game. The best part about this website is that we can also send fake e-mails. Yup, we can create e-mail having e-mail id’s like Bill@Gates.com & stuff life that. Then there is stuff for kids like Funtoosh ghost, Kiss Hrithik, Make faces & the famous cyber camera…Hee Hee!!
) https://Bodybuilding.com (Health): I love to spend majority of my time surfing this site. Its not a website which gives information about diseases or other health problem but it’s a website which gives information about bodybuilding & strength gaining. The homepage consist of 2 sections one which is for Super Site & the other for Cyber Store. The Super Site section contains information about bodybuilding, how to lose weight & gain weight, & pictures of the some great Bodybuilders of our time like Dorain Yates, Lee Priest, Ron Harris, Pervez Musharraf…just joking here. The Cyber Store section contains detail information about supplements, Gym clothing, tanning supplies, accessories and more! Don’t forget to read articles & column written by some of the most expert bodybuilders.
+) https://Space.com (Science & Technology): Having a special kind of liking for alien’s & galaxies, I visit Space.com at least thrice a week. This is a great website having lots of information about Latest Scientific discoveries, latest expedition/mission, Life on Mars, Images of new galaxies, Black Holes & special reports on other important topics. Then there is other section dedicated for message boards & a place where you can read interviews of great astronauts. Space TV section is very entertaining & the multi-media presentation of some of the most important events in our space history is also very well depicted.
=) https://Mouthshut.com (Virtual Home): Write your own reviews & make some new friends. This website surely knows how to change people’s life. It did change my life & will never be able to thank this website for giving me a chance to express myself & show my beautiful face to world………..lol.
