Re-delivery of items

I am living in Canada and purchased a Bouquet and cake for my Dad for his 70th birthday. The person went to deliver it but, it being a surprise the call want answered on time. Yes I know! they should anyway just reach and deliver it like our amazon guys, but its ok, because the staff reached out to me via email and said that they couldn’t deliver. When I wrote back informing them if they could do it again, and provided and alternate number just in case. my items were delivered. Although late, but it still shows customer care. SO if you have any challenges with your order it would be best to reach out to the team through email.
