Cheating customers

I placed an order for a cake and some flowers. Delivery was in a remote location. At the time of delivery a delivery boy called and told me that the flowers were not available and that he would deliver different flowers if I would pay him 350rs extra. I said I didn’t want flower delivery in that case. I asked for a refund.

I wrote to the company. They said they can refund my app wallet. I said I wanted a cash refund, they said it’s not possible. Once I pointed out that there is no mention of money having to be returned to the myflowerapp wallet, they stopped responding to my emails.

The cake they had delivered was also of extremely poor quality.

This company’s primary aim is to defraud and cheat customers. They just want money and are ready to go to any means for that.
