Many of you are commenting but do not dare to log complaint. I also ordered cake on 16 april along with specific time delivery. It was cancelled.
By the time I understand it is a fake site and generally we common men do not want to get involved in loging thr cyber fraud complaint. But I decided to log the complaint. I searched internet and found central government website for complaint against on line cyber fraud.
But before log of complaint, we should have proper communication record. For that I started writing emails. I use to get response for refund but money was not being credited. Still i keep on writing mails and creating the records. After continuous mails from last 1 month, i got sufficient document proof for logging thr complaint. Now I decided to file the complaint with final mail to flowerapp for deadline for refund. I put a deadline of 31 may for refund else file complaint on 1 Jun.
Luckily I got my money back today.
Based on my experience, I would like to tell you guys that do not fear for filing the complaint for small amount. Fraudsters knows that for small amount, we will not file the complaint and leave it by writing review. Pl tell how many of us read review before placing order??.
Hence made available written records or recorded phone calls and log a complaint.
Let’s fight together so that such fraud sites can be banned by authorities.
