Forced to keep wrong product

I made online purchasing from this app may be 2-3 times and they cheated twice. They send whatever available in there stock whether you like it or not.

There is no exchange or return policy customer care response will take an hour to reply for each sentence so if you have entire day then you might be able to complain but don’t expect solution as they don’t care for there customer. They sell wrong product and will try to send you there leftover stock and no chance to get what you have ordered. Who have installed app and ordered more than 1 might have noticed that the ordere detail won’t open and no option to prove that what you have ordered.

They don’t have exchange or return policy and there customer care is also rude.
