Since my company does the filing with myitreturn, the form-16s came with an embedded link to myitreturn site and it was just 2 clicks job to fill in.
I was really concerned after reading other -ve reviews on this site and was not sure about my option to go ahead with myitreturns, I was skeptical about the quality of service especially after hearing no good news and that too seeing only negative and painful reviews pulled me down.. I just finished my review and boom came in my ITR V acknowledgment from the IT department. It was truly seamless and also one of the least expensive one (150/- per 1 e-filing), I would say.. if you guys are having issues with myitreturn.com then go for taxwala.com very well designed and clean site. Their support is also excellent. I did go in and submit through Taxwala after reading the disappointing reviews of myitreturn and then in 15 minutes got a call from Taxwala support to inform me that a filing has been done for my PAN and they were not able to make one more and asked me to check and verify. Though I spent 250/- more for making an attempt to file through taxwala, I think, if I were to fill up all the stuff on my own, I would love and recommend taxwala.com[I filed my wife’s IT returns through tax wala.com]- Give it a shot!
