I have been using jio since 29th Dec. It’s 1 year completion today, decided to share my experience.
There are fews things I dislike about jio
1 - There used to be a graphic representation of how much data left but now it has been removed.
2 - Calls to airtel network is still not fixed.I know airtel is not cooperating with jio by not giving interconnect points but as a customer it doesn’t come to mind. All that matters is I am unable to contact my contact even though I am in an area with good cellular reception and having adequate bal to place that call.
3 - Lte speeds suck, even after repeated complaints my issue is still not solved.I am getting roughly speeds 200kbps-1mbps. 1 mbps seems a joke to me since I am using LTE.
Jio needs improvements.I am disliking because not satisfied with LTE speeds.
