Hello guys today I am going to review my jio application which is officially released by Reliance jio . It has also some work tonight I will suggest you never do any purchase with this app with my experience I will suggest you not even check plans from this application I recently bought a jio from a surprise offer after successful transaction when I open app again it shows to to purchase of jio summer surprise offer at that time I was surprised what this happening recently for change someone’s over here it is not showing when I open my YouTube and search on Internet then someone says that it is happening to me also I talk to customer care and they said don’t worry we have received your request and when I tried to change the jio summer surprise offer for my other number also then it causes too many problems to me whenever I try to proceed my transaction it shows some type of error I talk to customer care in they said to try later but the problem doesnt solved.I will recommend you to do purchases from website not from App you can purchase through my jio.com . so guys this is my review if you like it then follow me and rate my review in this review I said about my experience my problems are faced with this application. thank you
