I am also a Jio customer so I downloaded the myjio app to know my balance and validity of my packs and tariff. My Dhan dhana Dhan offer was ended so I checked offers at the my Jio app and found a good deal of 399 rupees with 28gb for 28 days and I continued on the offer and was redirected to payment page I paid for it using net banking and after that when I got back to 2 hrs it showed nothing about my transaction.
So I consulted the customer care but they were busy all the time I called so I wrote to mail to them but I didn’t got the response from them even after 5 days.
