A horrendous experience. We got fooled by their website and reviews on it, did not research and gor two kittens from them. The first day they got delivered to us they didn’t eat . The next day they started vomitting and diarrhoea. We took them to vet and were told that the kittens had FPV, even when they claim that they have the kittens vaccinated, nothing helped and the kittens conditions deteriorated. When we reported to Gitanjali she kept saying indigestion and when we pressed her she said we should give the kittens back and they will treat them as they have better doctors. So we gave then the kittens back and a few days later they said the kittens died and that they will give us the replacement. The doctor certifoctaes they provide were fake too and said that somehow there is a particular strain of FPV that vaccines do not protect against. Then after 15 days they sent over two more kittens, and the next day one of them stared having diahorrea and vomits. They blamed it on us and said we did not disinfectant our house even though we did all treatments as they had asked us to do. When I pressed them again they took both the kittens back again and stopped responding to message of phone calls. They are running this as an unethical practice and fooling people and have in human practices. Through out vet we got in touch with other two families in the area who had taken kittens from them and they had faced the same fate, and kittens died. I strongly urge everyone to make sure no one buys any kittens from them again. They should be banned. We have all paperwork, chat history and fake certificates they provide to prove and I will be launching a campaign against them. Request others to come forward for the support and ensure no one else gets duped and innocent animals are not longer traumatized.
