I have ordered a Jack and Jones trousers from myntra 2 days back.
When received the product there was dust on it.
Looks like it is not a genuine product. How did the quality control department even passed this product. The tags inside are also washed off. It looked like it was a used product.
Coming to the packing. It was pathetic. The trouser was wrapped in a plastic cover.
The brand is Jack and Jones and it’s an awesome brand. Don’t spoil the name by sending old , fade, used or rather a clone. A first copy would look much better then the trouser they delivered.
