I am a platinum member in Myntra.com and I am very happy with the service. I want to write about the services before and after Flipkart took over Myntra!I was very happy with the service and once Myntra cancelled my order due to some problem related to materials and offered me compensation! You get points for what you buy and you can use it next time. Myntra has 30 days return policy and being a platinum member I am not charged for delivery.!
Before Flipkart bought it
I stay in Bangalore and my place is next to Myntra’s warehouse and I used to receive my orders with in 24 hours, some time my orders reached me on the same day(Ordered at 10AM and got it at 6PM same day) and prompt and timely update was available.
After Flipkart bought;
Story has changed slightly and those item which usually come from Bangalore warehouse takes 2 or more days which took less than day before literally.! In a day offer is available but you have to pay.! Offers are available but limited to items!Apart from delivery time and offers, everything looks like the same old Myntra.com!
