I am a regular customer of myntra but few days back I placed an order for wrist watch worth rupees 7950 INR, though it’s courier services are good product got delivered in few days.
Fortunately I started capturing my moments in camera and shoot a video while opening the item surprisingly I found that the courier which was delivered to was a empty box there was noting inside apart of air.
I contacted myntra customer care services on 28th sep 2018 and raised my complaint very same day, they committed to resolve my issue in next 72 working hours.
finally I received a mail with great difficulties on 5th Oct 2018 where they clearly declined for refund stating that the product was shipped post a stringent quality check.
My question to Myntra:-
1- What will I do with your quality check process when I am not getting my item?
2- Being myntra user how can we trust myntra while placing order that we will get our product delivered?
3- Did you mean users should place orders on their own risk?
I will not suggest anyone to place any costly order from myntra as there is no guaranty that user will get their product if they face any problem then no solution will be given my Myntra
