I fell for the attractive website and ordered 2 orders for my sisters b’day. First order (5 clothing items)-they delivered 3 items out of 5 and 2 items missing. I made a complaint- did multiple followups but no progress yet.
Second order (shoes)- I am charged twice for this order .I followed up to refund one transaction as I am charged twice for the same order and amount, NO RESPONSE YET.
So I say stay away from this site as they DON’T address customer concerns and complaints after taking the money. Really POOR service.
I am highly disappointed with my first experience.
