This review is regarding the product’PUMA Women White & Pink Soleil v2 Comfort Fun Casual Shoes’ pertaining to the order number 26406861.
( Dated 22/10/15) .The shoes which I recieved was dirty.When I requested for an exchange, the customer care requested me to share the images of the shoe to process the request.I have mailed them n number of times with the required images.From then whenever I called them, they are saying concern team is checking the issue and will get it exchanged asap. Its been 44 days, still there is no proper response from customer care.When I spoke with the customer care today they are saying exchange is not possible for your pincode( 560100-Bangalore) .I wonder how the exchange is not possible in bangalore where myntra is also located.
Is there any policy that u will exchange for only certain pincode?
Do u think I bought the shoes to keep in exhibition or showcase? huh? Worst business from myntra.
