I would like to introduce myself as a VICTIM of Myntra’s onlline scam Get assured prizes for HOT IN DECEMBER sale.
It was promised by myntra that buyers purchasing more than Rs 50000 cumulatively in month of december would be entitled for Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.Winners were to be announced on 10th Jan..
I didn’t get a confirmation so I emailed them. They said there is a goof up and I have buyed only of something around Rs 20k. Then they said show some proof. I then emailed them the webpage which shows my cumulative buyings of Rs 52880.49 (Image attached). IT CLEARLY STATES THAT I HAVE WON A SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 2.
But I haven’t got any confirmation email or my galaxy tab 2. Since that day no seriousness of the problem has been taken into view and I haven’t got a reply back.I even had called them up personally and gave them the complaint ID but the poor lady just told that my request has been forwarded to concerned department and no further response since then.
I seriously appeal to all online buyers to stay away from such false online scams regularly organized by Myntra..
Its a great but with the worst customer support and cheating I have ever experienced in my life.
Its almost 21 days since I first took up the issue but to no avail. Now the date for shipping the prizes i.e. 26th January 2013 has also gone..
This shows what attitude myntra has towards its customers. If the customer doesn’t care why should we care..
I just gave this review for other users to beware in the future. Because what we spend is hard earned money..
