It's costumer service is very poor. Workers of costumer service are very lazy in myntra and also they do not support us to solve our problems.
It's product quality is below average and very poor than flipkart, amazon and other online shopping sites and sometimes it delievers wrong product to us and also they don't take serious action for refund.
Delivery timeliness of mynta.com is very poor. It always deliver the product delayed to its original time.
It's app and website is also very bad. There is not any bonus points rule and game option to earn extra money or getting prizes.
Myntra.com has very poor reliability of their products.
So overall I would not suggest you to use this app, better use shopping sites other than myntra.com
