I would like to share my experience with myntra.com.It is not a worthy website.Last month, I visit myntra.com and I ordered a jeans and t-shirt.The size of the jeans that I ordered was 30.The quality of the dress in specification is very good.They show discount for the products .but when I login the website the rate is not as the discount price.Myntra.com doesn’t provide fast delivery services.The ordered products were delivered lately.Then I check the product.i was very disappointed after seeing the clothes.they delivered the wrong size of the jeans.the quality of the t-shirt is not so good as seen in the website. The costumer care service didn’t respond to my calls instantly.I asked for exchange of dress.but they didn’t have the size that I asked.The replied that it was seller mistake. The website doesn’t provide surety for right product.I suggest myntra.com to improve their services orelse avoid buying products here.
