I rarely use Myntra for purchasing any electronic products due to their negative reviews but lately I fell in their trap and bought Philips eplilator for gifting purpose.
But to my surprise, when I opened the outer box, Philips box was damaged, unsealed and the epilator was in the used condition ( spotted hairs on the product) .
Immidiately I made the retun request, which they initially started and cancelled on their own.
Raised multiple complaints both on voice and chat and even logged complaint on National Consumer Helpline but no luck.
Now I have wasted my money to these fraudsters and don’t know what to do with this used item.
Never but from these fraud ecommerce sites no matter how much they advertise with lucrative offers.
