Worst shopping website I have ever came across.
I ordered a shoes from myntra and I cancelled my order on 29NOV. According to myntra money should be refunded back to my source account by 3 dec. But till today 21 Dec.. No money refunded back.
So I had a call with agent and he said we have already process money and Same will be refunded back in 7 working days and shared a reference number with me. Days and days passed, still no refund. Then they told me to contact bank support team. And you guys will not believe what information I got from bank " THE REFERENCE NUMBER PROVIDED BY MYNTRA IS NOT CORRECT".i escalted this issue.. Myntra team escalatiom supervisior and every agent is passing this useless information. According to them they have processed the money and they don’t have any concern wheather it shall be received by user or not.. They have done their part. Which is bullshit.
Bank require an ARN to validate the transaction but myntra team doesn’t have this number. Myntra is worst.. They disconnected my call 2 times when I was in middle on conveying my concernconcern just because I was so feed up and I was escalating the issue..
