Pathetic quality products cheaters

I have purchsed a ceramic mug from Myntra and the order number is 1608075, The order was placed on January 12th 2011, however, I was out of country for more than six months and the mug was a printed mig having my name( Ajay), When I started using it after 5-6 washes the print is tearing off and only the ceramic is there now. I think the quality is not as good as shown on the website.


Apart from this, when I contacted there customtakeouter support at support@myntra.com, they have simply replied: We understand your concern regarding the online purchase and appreciate this opportunity to assist you. We request you to please provide us with the correct order number., How can they say provide us correct order number, when I have copied that from there verification email. I think these guys don’t want to give me any support. Ticked id is Ticket ID: HLZ-311247.


So, All who see the comment I recommend you not to place any other from them.


I have placed so many order from Yebhi.com and ebay.In, but never faced any problem like this.


Really disappointed  :(


Issue resolved just because I haven’t replied to MouthShut_Official email. Never expected this from MouthShut_Official.
