My first shopping experience with myntra.com became my worst. I had placed 2 separate orders. one I got it on time(but still am doubtful of the genuineness of the puma brand in the T shirt - the tag looks like it is cooked up by some local tailor)
The other one, to my surprise they just cancelled the order, sent me an email. To make it worse, that email went to my spam folder. To make it still worse, they had told that the money I paid by credit card is refunded in some myntra club. It is really cheap trick to make me purchase some other thing in their website.
I have just now called customer support to refund all my money back to my credit card. I will never shop with them any more. Online shopping is relatively new to Indian market. You should build trust by delivering. not by giving unwanted frightening surprises to your customers.
Myntra could have had the courtesy to call me up and say that stock is not there and the order is cancelled! They could have asked me before doing this’myntra club refund’ thing. I am not happy. I wish flipkart.com start selling garments. Flipkart.com has built my trust. They deliver things.
