I ordered dress and shose from mintra , The shoes are received within the promised delivery date I am happy. But the dress will not delivered, and I got an sms that says they can’t deliver the product because the pincode is unavailable, Actually they delivered the shoes that I ordered with this that I got in this same address. Also the returns are not easy in myntra. If proceed the return they will say the aerial number is mismatching. It takes months to solve this issue. Their customer support very bad. they never solve the issue as they are puppet and always say it is as per company policy. Recently may order was cancelled citing unforeseen circumstances but the same product is now made available at higher prices.
