I have been shopping with Myntra for quite a long time and its good. Not spectacular or anything. But whatever clothes that I’ve bought from here, have been of good quality.
There has been no wear and tear on any of the items. They have not shrunk after wash or anything.
I’ve also purchased many jewellery from there as well, and they all are quite alright also.
The customer care service has also been very reliable and they always respond within no time.
The delivery service is also good.
Edit 12/18 - Because Myntra now uses a horrible delivery service like Ecom Express, they are definitely going to lose customers. Since 4 days my courier is in their local office and they are not delivering it. Simply putting up lies on their tracking information saying that item was undeliverable because customer wasn’t available. Whereas I’ve been at home all along and nobody has contacted me also.
Really disappointed with myntra delivery. If I don’t receive it by day after, I will have no choice but to cancel my order!
