Worst delivery experience
The worst website. I order product as on 30-12-2016 redme 3s dark grey and made payment online as on 30-12-2016 and delivery date given is 6-1-2017 but due to courier problem they assured product delivered as on 9-1-17 but not delivered then I again contacted then they again assured product will deliver as on 12-1-17 then I again called them as on 10-1-17 to inform them that courier status is same what is as on 2-1-17( courier to be delivered from speed post, and on speed posts website it is showing that bag is open since 2-1-17 and upto today 17-1-17 same status there) so they people request me sir ji order cancel kar do then I asked its ok, and they assured withing 5 business days you will get the refund, at the same time on website its showing that Refund will be initiated once we pick up the old item then I again call and tell them your website showing this type of messageRefund will be initiated once we pick up the old item if this is the matter then how I get refund cause my address is commercial if courier people unable to delivery me( cause some problem in courier may be misplaced) then how they return the same to supplier so flipkart executive confirm me sir you pls dont mind you will get your refund withing 5 business days. after 5 business days I didnt get refund then I again called them so they make me request that you will get refund as on 19-1-17, now waiting when I get the refund.
