On myntra, I ordered a rust orange kurta, which arrived on April 18, 2021. The product consistency, however, was poor, with some black spots on the cloth. In the evening of the same day of arrival, I posted an exchange order for another kurta. The delivery boy came the next day(19th April) and declined to collect the product, claiming that it failed myntras quality tests. Then I attempted to call customer service multiple times, but the helpline number was not working at all. Then I sent them two messages via their website. However, there was no answer. Its truly revolting. Other online platforms return/exchange policies should be studied by Myntra. And I had to write a product review. On the app, this button was still absent. This is the last time I would shop on Myntra, and I really advise you to do so as well. Its the most inept shopping platform Ive ever seen.
Yes, I recently placed an order with myntra for two tops. And the products consistency is atrocious. I tried to issue a refund, but customer service was unresponsive. As a result, please stop using the Myntra app for shopping.
