I have been buying from Jabong. Although Myntra and Jabong have a same parent company Flipkart but there is lot of difference in both. Prices in Jabong are on the lower side. Jabong has discounts and offers and myntra has very rare offers. Recently, I bought a t-shirt from the website. For some time it was in not shipped status. I thought they will ship it in a day or two. But today to my surprise, I found the order cancelled without any intimation. When I called the customer care to ask for this, they told me that due to some technical glitch due to lack of stock they had to cancel the order. I don’t understand why don’t they track their inventory before selling. Meanwhile, their customer care executive offered me a coupon for Rs. 400 which will be added to my account. After disconnecting the call when I checked my account I found normal coupons in my account which are not applicable on discounted products. I will have to think twice before buying anything at Myntra again now.
