I am sharing my real experience with you. I was a regular customer of Myntra.com ( an online e-commerce site) from last 4 years. I have purchased at least 100 products from Myntra. Their earlier service was very good with product quantity.
But, from last 1 year they are working like begar as they deliver our products without any cost.
Sometimes earlier I ordered a shirt of spyker with order id 1059455-7127601-3721503 and a shoe with order id1059676-1788208-3120801 . At that when my parcel was about to deliver I got Messege from myntra, I waited whole day but never got a single call from Myntra. And at evening I got a message that your product has been cancelled.
When I contacted customer service they told me to wait for 3 days. After 2 days There was call from delivery boy and told me to take the parcel, I asked him to pay card on delivery and he told me that okay sir I have pay machine you can pay through card. When I reached thay place he told me that machine is not working from earlier.
I told him that I will receive my parcel within 15 minutes after withdrawing money from ATM.
He told me that I deliver other products and will contact you after 15 minutes. But, there was not a single call from that delivery man. lastly I contacted him after 35 mins. And he told me that I am not going to deliver your product, and there was a message from Myntra that you cancelled your product.
I contacted customer service and they did nothing. And the main thing was that my cash on delivery option has been blocked on my account as I was a regular customer of Myntra.
After all this you are free to buy from Myntra.
