Order id 218681421. I can’t believe myntra has started cheating customers sending defective and fake products. I would urge people not to shop from myntra unless their money is not hard earned. Despite being defective product sent to me, instead of appologising they are not accepting neither return nor exchange the product. Further the customer service make fake commitments and nothing else. They do not even transfer the call to their managers. Myntra is just a black spot in the name of e-commerce
