Order # 11054474 and 10852180
I have been a regular customer of Myntra.com from a long time and have placed many orders with them. My experience with myntra was great till the time they showed their real face of customer service.
I placed an order # 10852180 with them firstly, for a kurti of INR 300 and that was a defective piece, I immediately raised a complaint against them.
But no one even bothered to contact back. Then the revert I received after 4 days was that I need to send them pictures for a product of just INR 300. If I would have time to send pictures to them then I would have preferred purchasing from market.
Any ways I asked them that I won;t be able to send pics they did not even bothered to reply on that and then I thought to mleave that case then and there and adjust with the received product as I didn’t had the time to fight with them for just INR 300.
Later on I again did a mistake by placing another 2 other orders with them and one by using my premium customer points. Order # 11054474. To my surprise I received an empty box.
I immediately again lodged the complaint thinking that may be I get a resolution this time, but again I was wrong they asked me to wait for 3 days and now its 7 days passed and no resolution till date, numerous emails no revert received.
Even I called them up they put me on hold for 10 mins and no resolution again. Even they dun have the courtesy to give a call back.
I have decided not to purchase from this website again. Really disappointing.
